He is a small-time crook from Darjeeling always out-smarting the cops. Normally, physically challenged people are shown in a tragic light trying to draw sympathy from the audience. But he will keep the audience amused with his antics he is too smart a cookie!"Burfi is a small-town crook of the 1970s. "It's not a contemporary film based in 2011 as the story has a base in the emergency and Naxal movement, though it's just an outline for the story but not the main story. The film will be shot in Mumbai, Darjeeling and Kolkata and is a romantic-comedy."

most dangerious stunt in bollywood

The perfectionist Aamir Khan tried his hands at almost everything, including a life threatening stunt in his movie 'Ghulam' in 1998. The actor ran towards a speeding train and got saved by a mere difference of 1.3 seconds. Had he not jumped at the right time, the dangerous stunt would have taken his life. Later, he won Best Stunt Award for the same. He also did playback singing for the same movie for the song 'Ae Kya Bolti Tu'. Truly a perfectionist!

most popular tracks 'Mehndi Laga Ke Rakhna' of DDLJ

One of the most popular tracks 'Mehndi Laga Ke Rakhna' of 'Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge' that features Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and the effervescent actress Kajol was originally thought to be a part of another movie. Not only this, the lyrics of the song were a bit different and it started with 'Payal Chankate Aa Jana'. But this didn't prevent Abhi from shooting in the same water and very courageously he did fall into the water many times and luckily, nothing unfortunate happened!

Scream 4 movie review in bollywood

star :6.5 out of 10
Ten years have passed, and Sidney Prescott, who has put herself back together thanks in part to her writing, is visited by the Ghostface Killer.

Director:
Wes Craven
Writers:
Kevin Williamson, Kevin Williamson (characters)
Stars:
Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquettestar\

story detailed:

The Scream series has always been a great, commercial representation for our love of cinema. They’re the rare movies that said, “If you are a fan of movies, this is for you” and actually found success. The problem with that, however, was as the films got more and more self-aware, character and storyline took more and more of a back seat. There in lies the problem with Scream 4. It tries so hard to be smarter, funnier, gorier and scarier than all of its predecessors that it often misses the mark. When it hits the mark, it hits it hard and in a near totally redeeming manner, but it’s impossible to totally redeem a lazy narrative structure that’s almost devoid of scares. Fans of the franchise will find plenty to enjoy, but others might find themselves frustrated.

It’s been about a decade since the end of Scream 3 and Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) is returning to Woodsboro for the first time in a long time. The newly minted author is doing so to attend a her book signing which, of course, just happens to coincide with the anniversary (doesn’t it always?) of the original killings. She’s reunited with Dewey (David Arquette) and Gail (Courteney Cox) as well as her last remaining family – her aunt (Mary McDonnell) and cousin Jill (Emma Roberts). Also back for the 10 year reunion is Ghostface. After the trademark pre-credits murder, a lot of time is spent resetting all of the pieces, explaining who is who and how they relate to each other. This is most certainly a reboot.

Scream 4 Movie Review

Once the characters are set, though, the film shoots off into the dark, moving from place to place and location to location for almost no reason. Characters simply ignore the fact that there’s a killer on the loose and do, say and go anywhere they please. It’s as if there’s no subtlety to anyone or anything in the entire movie. And because this is the fourth Scream, these actions all escalate very quickly. The kills are bigger, the movie references more obvious and the characters less believable. This results in a lot of really cool scenes, but when every action lacks tact, it makes being scary almost impossible. It’s as if screenwriter Kevin Williamson and director Wes Craven were so obsessed with the whodunit aspect and gushing blood, they forgot this was a horror movie and supposed to be scary.

The actual point of Scream 4 isn’t to scare us, though. It’s not even to find out who the killer is. The real point of the movie is to show how technology has changed the way we live, communicate and watch movies. There are references to Twitter, everyone has an iPhone, uses apps, texts, streams video, all of that good stuff. Plus there’s a lengthy discussion about how reboots totally change the rules. That’s true to an extent, and actually quite enticing but, like the technology theme, it’s never fully developed or explored. The ideas are sort of peppered on top; said and not shown.

Being as it had to breath life into a franchise that had been dormant for over decade, Scream 4 is an incredibly valiant effort. The whole series was born to flip a genre on its head and this film certainly succeeds in both reinventing the franchise and introducing a slew of new ideas to the already well-known story. It just should have concentrated more on that instead of all its excess. The excess is undoubtedly fun, especially if you’ve enjoyed the other films in the franchise, but it doesn’t quite cover up all of the problems.

teen they bhai movie review

stars : 2.5 stars get out 5
Artists (Cast) : Ragini Khanna, Deepak Dobriyal, Om Puri, Shreyas Talpade

Producer : Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra
Director : Mrigdeep Singh Lamba
Music Director : Ranjit Barot, Sukhwinder Singh

story : Three down-on-luck and out-of-money brothers are summoned to the death of their grandfather...
Movie Review: The good news is that Bollywood is brimming over with fresh talent as more and more young film makers don the director's hat and try their skills at story telling. Their's is a young vision and a modern sensibility that tries to steer clear of formula and cliche. And even if it looks at formula, it dabbles with it differently, as was evident in Dabangg.

Teen Thay Bhai may have been produced by Rakeysh Mehra but it has been directed by first-timer Mrigdeep Singh Lamba who does show promise as a filmmaker to watch out for. Just that his first film ends up as a half-blown venture where there are too many theatrics and too many loosely edited scenes to allow the film to unfold as an uninterrupted laugh riot. Now that's sad, because in terms of characterizations, the film is riveting. Om Puri's loud, crabby, me-centric Punjabi businessman act is quite funny, specially when it comes to his attempts to get his overweight daughters married. Deepak Dobriyal as the quack dentist with the quirky hobby -- he loves to iron clothes -- is absolutely mercurial, even as his love story with village vixen, Ragini Khanna, ends up as the finest track in the film. Ragini herself makes an interesting shift from television to films with her breezy act as the boisterous Punjabi girl who loves to lie. And finally, there is Shreyas Talpade who pitches in as the third brother, a wannabe actor, inspired by Hollywood pulp. His rendition of the happy-go-lucky yokel is completely over the top and tends to get too melodramatic, here and there. But by and large, between them, the three brothers create a tantalizing trio that keeps rubbing each other off the wrong side.

The film however lacks consistency and some of the comic situations fail to evoke any humour. While the brothers try to co-exist peacefully in the ramschackled bungalow and almost end up killing each other, the drama holds your interest. But as it moves out into the wilderness, with blondes, dogs, drugs and cops, it loses track.

Watch out for the zany music track (Sukhwinder Singh and Ranjit Barot) with Mohit Chauhan and Daler Mehndi giving a lively rendition to Gulzar's funky lyrics, some arresting performances by the key players and Ashok Mehta's camerawork which creates magic with Kashmir. And yes, there's Yograj Singh making his debut in Hindi cinema as the angsty Punjabi dadaji. Yograj Singh, who? Sadda Yuvraj Singh's daddy! All this might help you tide over the intermittent yawns that threaten to cloud an otherwise smart comedy.
